Pony’s cuisine
Pony restaurant serves traditional seasonal cuisine with Mediterranean influences. A visit to Philipp and Andrea Felber's dining inn is always worth the trip or detour to the Lucerne countryside. The hosts offer unforgettable service, a variety of excellent vintages at a fair price, and a convincingly seasonal menu made mostly from regional produce. Some specialties on the menu at Pony include the tuna tataki in a sesame coating, on peach and balsamic jelly; and fried Sigiger trout fillet with lukewarm artichoke, bread salad and spinach. Those with a sweet tooth will surely enjoy the lemon parfait with chocolate mousse and Ruswil berries, to end an excellent gastronomic experience.
