Today, you'll find gourmet, local cuisine with a Japanese accent, and above all, 95% local produce. Gastronomic cuisine using local produce sourced from within a twenty-kilometer radius. Our local producers such as Jean-Marie Pedron (Jardins de la mer), Huitric and its vegetables, and L'Ile Jardin de Kervolan bring us the very best to satisfy you on every plate.

Surroundings
Le Manoir de la Porte Calon is a 15th-century building located 1 km from the city walls of Guérande. Nearby, you can discover the salt marshes and their white gold, and Guérande and its medieval town. Not far away, you'll also find the wild coast, with towns to visit such as : Le Croisic, Batz sur Mer and Le Pouliguen.
