In his gourmet restaurant "Herb Kingdom – by Vitus Winkler," he blends traditional Alpine herbs with a new Austrian identity.

They are named after Vitus Winkler's cookbook "Herbal Kingdom," which invites you on a culinary journey through his homeland.
