On Alpin’s menu, you’ll quickly spot one of the chefs’ signature dishes: Achensee Merino Lamb. But the kitchen also offers other beautiful gourmet dishes. Such as fish fresh out of the lake, and squab with goose liver or winter cod. If you prefer a meat-free dinner: don’t fret. The hotel restaurant offers a multi-course vegetarian menu and various plant-based dishes, created by chefs Armin & Alexander Gründler.

In the hotel area, including Lake Achensee, you can do a variety of outdoor sports. Along the lake, there are plenty of hiking paths. But you can also go mountain hiking in the Rofan or Karwendel area. During winter, the Rofan, Karwendel and Christlum mountain lifts will carry you right up to the local ski areas. During summer, you can go sailing, windsurfing or diving. Or play golf at Pertisau Golf Club. Throughout the year, you can explore a few of our favourite highlights in the Achenkirch area. These include Schloss Tratzberg, the Tyrolean Farm Museum, and Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
