Philip started out at acclaimed restaurants, including Pfefferschiff, Döllerer, The Young Turks (London), and Saturne (Paris). But today, he now shows his outstanding skills on familial ground.
At first, he joined forces with his father, chef Helmut Rachinger, who turned hotel restaurant Mühltalhof into a celebrated gourmet address. But when Helmut retired in 2013, his son Philip took over as head chef. Showcasing his progressive gastronomic vision, diners can enjoy his extraordinary dishes, along with a striking view of the Gross Mühl.
