After refining her skills in top kitchens from Zell am See to Crete, she found her home at Hueber der Wirt, where tradition and personal flair meet. Since 2014, Silvia has led the restaurant into its fifth generation, creating thoughtful menus that honour Mostviertel roots while embracing fresh ideas. From her house-made kombuchas to refined seasonal plates, every creation reflects her care for quality and connection.
