Caroline Gründler is sommelier at restaurant Alpin. Together with her partner, chef Alexander Gründler, she runs this cozy hotel restaurant in Achenkirch. At restaurant Alpin, Caroline has carefully put together a wine list with over 150 labels, containing plenty of excellent wines and vintage labels from all over the world. In addition to the wines, sommelière Caroline showcases her impressive selection of sherries, ports and spirits, always finding the right pairing for her guests.
