At BASIQUE, he returns to the foundations of French cuisine, focusing on flavour, technique and generosity rather than trends. Deeply rooted in Valais, Damien cooks with respect for nature, tradition and the masters who trained him. His joy lies in simplicity done well and in sharing his passion through cooking classes and open kitchens.
