Fè Ristorante

In Noci, in the Murgia area near Bari, Restaurant Fè is set among stone walls, arches and trulli. Thick masonry, a rock-cut wine cellar and warm, measured lighting create an intimate setting with a strong sense of place. In the kitchen, JRE chef Francesco Laera shapes a personal view of Puglia, using technique to refine local flavours rather than disguise them. The menu reads as contemporary, with clean lines and careful balance, and each dish is built to make its idea clear at the table, as well as its taste.
