Rainer Müller is sommelier at restaurant Alps & Ocean. A true wine lover and autodidact, his career path began with an apprenticeship as a chef. After this, he did an F&B training, as well as a university course to become a tourism clerk. His passion for wine led him to make it his career. At his family’s establishment, hotel restaurant Alps & Oceans, Rainer has put together an extensive wine list with over 1100 excellent wines. The renowned magazine Meiningers Weinwelt named it one of the top 100 wine lists in German-speaking countries.
