At restaurant Signum, chef Martina Caruso serves Mediterranean dishes that take inspiration from tradition, but without sacrificing innovation. Martina is the youngest chef to ever be awarded a Michelin star and her excellent cuisine draws gourmets from far and wide.
Specialties on the menu include the excellent red shrimp with bloody mary, fruit and salted lemon; and the half paccheri with squid, tumapersa and crunchy chard.
The wine cellar houses a number of bottles that come from all over Italy, as well as from numerous other regions located in Europe. The collection contains a wide range of vintages, with a special emphasis on smaller producers, as well as natural and biodynamic wines.
