Puter Bistro Joins the JRE Family
The JRE community in Serbia continues to grow with the addition of Puter Bistro, one of Belgrade's most distinctive dining destinations.
Led by Chef Vladimir Popović and owners Danica and Mira Komatina, Puter now joins a network of young restaurateurs and chefs who share a common commitment to culinary excellence, authenticity, and hospitality.
Since opening its doors, Puter has established itself as a restaurant where technique, creativity, and genuine hospitality come together to create memorable dining experiences. Under Chef Popović's leadership, the kitchen celebrates classical French foundations while embracing a contemporary culinary expression rooted in seasonality and craftsmanship.
For Chef Popović, cooking begins with patience.
"Time is my first ingredient. It is what makes the difference between good and exceptional. Patience allows a dish to become what it is meant to be."
This philosophy is reflected in the restaurant's newest seasonal menu, where carefully selected ingredients, precise execution, and thoughtful storytelling define every dish.
By joining JRE, Puter Fine Bistro becomes part of an international community of restaurants united by a shared vision: preserving culinary traditions while shaping the future of gastronomy through innovation, collaboration, and the development of the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Today, the JRE network in Serbia includes six member restaurants, all located in Belgrade: Puter Fine Bistro, Salon 1905, Langouste, Delirium Silence, S5 by Angie, and Square Nine.
We are delighted to welcome Chef Vladimir Popović, Danica and Mira Komatina, and the entire Puter Fine Bistro team to the JRE family and look forward to sharing their culinary journey with our community across Europe and beyond.
