Instead of selecting only the most popular parts and ignoring the rest, from now on a complete animal or a complete vegetable will be served in eight or six courses, respectively. The beautiful Eifeler 'Lammour' lamb (not older than six months) kicks things off.

Next to an à-la-carte menu, the Griggeler Stuba restaurant also offers a 7-course surprise menu as well as a guest dinner menu. Except for the herbs and spices, all dishes are prepared with Austrian products only, which promises a high-quality dining experience.
Wine Cellar
The impressive wine cellar holds more than 4000 items. Head sommelier Stefan Klettner and wine director Maximilian Lucian pursue a very high standard of quality that speaks for itself. The wine list features the world's best wine producers from Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire, Wachau, Tuscany, Spain and more. The wine list has already won many awards, such as the Wine Spectator Grand Award and The VINEUS Wine Culture Award.
Lech & surroundings
The Lech area offers many opportunities for outdoor sports enthusiasts. During summer, you can go hiking or running on the Nordic-walking trails. In addition, there’s a nearby golf course, sports park, and swimming pool. In winter, simply embark on any of the ski slopes, that are practically right outside the hotel’s front door. A bit further away, you’ll find the Warth ski area deep-snow hills, 27 kilometers of cross-country ski trails, and hiking paths. Our recommendations for excursions include Formarinsee and Spullersee mountain lakes, the Lech hiking path. Visit Kriegeralpe for dairy products or go shopping at Mittermayr Fish & Delicatessen, which is next to Fischteich Lech-Zug.
