Di Rocco Ristorante is a new young reality, composed of experienced professionals who, after many years of working in Italian and European establishments, have decided to embark on a new adventure. In a world, that of catering, in constant evolution, both in terms of demand and supply, we think we can find a spice for our proposals that are based on the tradition of Italian cuisine, but take into account the changing tastes and expectations of customers. This is an ambitious goal that we hope to achieve by putting forth: experience, will, commitment and sacrifice.
