Head chef Daniel Klein inspires with a culinary portfolio of classic dishes and recipes, some of which have modern and alternative interpretations. Hostess Julia Brand takes care of you with familiar warmth and cordiality, as well as a constant eye for the small details to ensure an unforgettable stay in the old town of Rinteln on the Weser. Moritz-Christian Brand was born on 29.04.1990 in Münster. After training at the JRE, as well as formative professional stations - such as the Schlosshotel Lerbach, the MS-Europa, the Tantris restaurant and the Bayrischer Hof - he and his wife Julia decided to take the final step into self-employment in 2016.
