Christian mainly works with local and seasonal products: the meat comes from the restaurant’s in-house butcher's shop and the fresh herbs come from the chef’s own garden. On the menu, you can find specialties such as the chef’s Upper Palatinate liver dumpling soup, and roast pork with potato dumplings and salad. To complete your culinary journey, there are various heavenly dessert options on offer. Including Gellert's butter pear with sour cream and edible flowers.
