On the menu, you’ll find contemporary terroir-based creations such as zucchini blossoms with ricotta filling and veal florets; and quail breast with burgundy truffle jus. Those with a sweet tooth can pamper their palate with chef Jürgen Koch’s delicious desserts. Like his ‘tipsy’ almond biscuit with coconut blossom crunch, berries, oat milk ice cream and blood orange sorbet.
