Magorabin’s cuisine

Originally an art school graduate, Marcello Trentini was always a chef by nature. He has been experimenting with exotic dishes at home since he was a little boy, and now combines his creativity with his culinary skills. At Magorabin restaurant, diners can choose between three tasting menus: the Gran Torino menu (traditional cuisine), the Iconici menu (specialties that showcase Marcello’s philosophy), and the Opera menu (consisting of five acts/courses, just like a theatrical play). Each dish can be chosen from the menus to suit your individual taste. Specialties on the menu reflect the chef’s simple but refined dishes, such as the delicious tongue with shrimp and sweet mandarin; and spaghetti with bread, butter and anchovies. Each dish can be paired with an excellent glass of wine from the extensive wine list, to complete an extraordinary gastronomic experience.
