Meisenheimer Hof’s cuisine
Meisenheimer Hof is a restaurant with its own winery. Because of this, guests can enjoy the wine in the special wine bar "Zur blauen Meise" or even in the "Grotto", the wine cellar where all the bottles are stored. One floor higher, chef Markus Pape serves the finest regional dishes. Guests can expect delicacies like traditional liver spaetzle from Glan cattle, or calf's head with bergamot foam and wild black pudding. Vegetarians will be happy here as well: if you prefer a meat-free meal, ask for the Erdesbacher. This is a delicious bulgur salad with goat cheese, avocado and soy. No matter what you choose, you can expect the finest regional products, prepared by a world-class chef. Needless to say, each dish can be perfectly paired with an excellent glass of wine from the restaurant’s own winery.
