Ciro Sieno
Born in Naples in 1987, JRE chef Ciro Sieno trained at IPSSAR Luigi De Medici and built his career through roles in Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and the Romagna Riviera, before moving into fine dining and advanced training with chefs including Terry Giacomello and Vincenzo Guarino.
