Sensi Restaurant Amalfi is a unique dining experience that will trigger all of your senses from the stunning views of the Amalfi Coast and the elegant 18th-century building to the modern yet respectful interior and the exciting dishes that are conjured up by Chef Alessandro Tormolino. Local produce and traditional recipes with a twist are at the heart of the dishes served at Sensi and guests can even join the Chef’s Table to learn how to make some of the menu items at home.

The cuisine at Sensi restaurant is extravagant in its simplicity, it does not try to mix too many ingredients but works on making the ingredients stand boldly on their own so that each mouthful is an explosion of simple flavours. Ingredients sourced from the surrounding Campania region, similar to those that Chef Alessandro Tormolino grew up eating, take centre stage at this restaurant with some surprising twists from other cultures and cuisines thrown in along the way. Try the lobster in a crust of herbs, mustard, ginger, candied lemon, fennel and jalapeno which is sweet, spicy and an example of how every ingredient is bold enough to stand on its own.
