At Torre del Saracino restaurant, the cuisine showcases the powerful, distinct flavours of Southern Italy, full of harmonious contrasts. Chef Gennaro Esposito focuses on the seasons, as well as on his endless imagination, research and creativity, turning each dish into a true work of culinary art. Some of the chef’s dishes, like the prickly pear “Acqua Pazza”, demonstrate Gennaro’s aim to use ingredients that are abundant in his region, in order to create a sustainable menu. Favourites on the menu include the delicious citrus risotto with prawns, 'nduja and fennel sauce. Those with a sweet tooth surely won’t want to miss out on the soft carrot cream and banana sorbet with extra virgin olive oil. It’s no wonder the restaurant’s outstanding gastronomic qualities have been awarded not one, but two coveted Michelin stars.

The extensive wine list includes a good selection of sparkling wines, along with prestigious French, Italian and international labels, as well as a few new local wines. You are invited to come and visit the wine cellar and have a look at all the rare gems yourself.  The most popular tables of the restaurant are those on the veranda, overlooking the endless Mediterranean sea in a truly idyllic setting.
