Chef Thomas Huber is the 13th generation of cooks at Krone Sihlbrugg restaurant. He works closely with producers and cares deeply about quality.
The new menu enables him to incorporate the seasonal offers of his suppliers into the dishes. A passion for Asian cuisine and its diversity of flavors continues to flow into the dishes. Some of the guest’s favorites include the duck liver mousse and dry-aged entrecôte Cafe de Paris, as well as a fantastic selection from the cheese trolley.
