Markus Gass Chef’s Table in Loft 6 is set inside the old spinning mill in Ziegelbrücke, at the entrance to the Glarus region. This is private dining in its most personal form: one chef, one table and one five-course menu for a maximum of 12 guests. In the long, bright loft, the stainless-steel kitchen stands beside the table, so guests can watch, ask questions and talk with Markus as he cooks. Cristine Hess Gass completes the experience with personal service throughout the evening.
