Bauer & Koch – a rendezvous of top chefs as a reference to agricultural producers

"Bauer & Koch" sounds a bit understated when Hannes Müller invites you to the Thanksgiving party on October 7th at the Genießerhotel Die Forelle on the Carinthian Weißensee under this motto: Because with names like Andreas Döllerer, Lukas Nagl, Philip Rachinger or Vitus Winkler, everyone knows connoisseurs that the crème de la crème of Austria's top chefs performs here!

Host Hannes Müller has been delighting guests and restaurant testers for years with his "Berg.See. Küche", which focuses on the typical ingredients of the region. This created a perfect network with the surrounding producers and farmers, to whom he pays tribute every year with this sumptuous harvest festival. On this day, the focus is on the farmers and their food, and the master chefs conjure up small specialties from it.

The guest chefs present: Andreas Döllerer (Döllerers Genusswelten), Philip Rachinger (Genießerhotel Mühltalhof), Vitus Winkler (Genießerhotel Sonnhof), Lukas Nagl (Genießer-Seehotel Das Traunsee), Andreas Herbst (Genießerhotel Die Riederalm), Michael Kolm (Restaurant Kolm), Hannes Roth (Gasthof Messner/ Weissensee), Dani Sternard (Gasthaus Messnerei), Hans-Peter Fink (Gasthaus Haberl and Fink's Delicatessen) and Martin Nuart (Bär & Schaf Wirtschaft / Völkermarkt).

Also present: the two winemakers Kathi Moser (Vitikultur Moser) and Julia Wachter-Wiesler (Weingut Wachter-Wiesler) as well as Klaus Feistritzer from the Loncium brewery. The Hillibilli Trio & Clemens Marktl provide the atmospheric background music.
