At hotel restaurant fine dining RS, Michelin star chef Rolf Straubinger cooks up delicious regional delicacies. Working with seasonal ingredients from the region, as well as spices from all over the globe, he serves creative and terroir-based French cuisine that respects and celebrates nature.
