Rolf Straubinger, the Michelin-starred chef of restaurant fine dining RS, serves delightful regional dishes. He received his training as a chef at the Hotel Sonne Post in Murrhardt and gained further experience with chefs Heinz Winkler and Harald Wohlfahrt, as well as in the Negresco in Nice, and in the Al Borgo in Roverto. With seasonal ingredients from the region and spices from around the globe, he offers excellent terroir-based French cuisine with a focus on nature and respect for the land.
