Chef Nico Sackmann began his culinary career by training at the Traube Tonbach with multi-Michelin star chef Harald Wohlfahrt. As a junior chef, Nico then followed an apprenticeship with several top chefs, such as chef Franz Feckl at Landhaus Feckl (Ehningen), chef Joachim Wissler (Vendome Bensberg), and chef Thomas Bühner (La Vie Osnabrück). After completing his culinary master school in Heidelberg, he returns to his father’s gourmet restaurant. Being an extremely skilled chef, Nico now prepares his young and creative high-end cuisine for food connoisseurs from far and wide. Using only high-quality products and the finest spices, he always succeeds in bringing out the nuanced aromas and flavours of the ingredients he works with.
