In her personalized menu “My Three Allgäu Seasons" at Schlossanger Alp restaurant, the passionate top chef presents dishes that can be enjoyed from December to the start of summer. These menus characterize her young and fresh cuisine, and her innovative take on traditional cuisine. Through her dishes, she lets diners taste the pure nature of the surrounding Alpine region.
