Since 2006, chef Michael Kammermeier has worked behind the stove of restaurant Ente im Nassauer Hof with great devotion and success. Because of his outstanding culinary skills, the restaurant is one of the best-known gourmet addresses in the whole of Germany. Over the years, the star chef has gained considerable experience working for international and national elite chefs. His experience has now been combined into new dishes served in restaurant Ente. A classic European dish is the core of his cuisine, which he interprets creatively and individually. Through his special techniques and flavour combinations, he often brings unexpected nuances to light.

Our restaurant has had a Michelin star for more than 40 years, and we are working hard to keep it that way for many years to come.
