It has always been chef Martin Herrmann’s dream to become a top chef. Working as an apprentice chef, Martin Herrmann already showed great subtle creativity and precise craftsmanship. And it didn’t take long until his skills caught the attention of his brother-in-law, Meinrad Schmiederer, who is hotel Dollenberg’s patron and Le Pavillon’s former chef. So now, Martin’s childhood dream has come true: he’s the head chef of a 5-star superior hotel, was awarded two Michelin stars, and has cooked for the world’s most important leaders at the NATO summit.
