"Kuro Mori" is Japanese and means "Black Forest", corresponding to the motto in the stylish and cool restaurant of the Horben star chef Steffen Disch: "Black Forest meets Asia". Interesting, unusual, modern dishes made from very good products come out of the open kitchen. Reduced menu at lunchtime. Nice location in the old town of Freiburg.
