David was part of Square Nine Hotel team back in 2013 for three years and with overall 18 years of experience in highly acclaimed restaurants, we are thrilled to have him back at Square Nine! His love for drawing and art in general, beautifully and elegantly transmits to the plate, and we can't wait to share this unique dining experience with you. With an idea to salute the Serbian heritage and welcome the state-of-the-art cuisine, there is an ambition to bring together the best of both worlds.
