It's a bit like a live concert: sometimes the opening act almost steals the show from the main act. That's the situation at this year's Rolling Pin Convention, whose JRE side event has it all: artists, live DJs, top-class gastronomy and lots of opportunities to get to know new faces from the industry.

The top-class JRE chefs Philipp Dyzek, Andreas Krainer, Stefan Eder, Thomas Gruber, Josef Steffner, Andreas Herbst, Maximilan Leodolter, the pastry chef Eveline Wild and the German 2-star chef Tobias Bätz will take care of the culinary delights.

The JRE chefs and many other JRE partners such as Moët Hennessy with champagne, Segafredo with Espresso Martini, the Trumer private brewery, the STK winegrowers, Transgourmet, Parmigiano Reggiano, Römerquelle and Padre Azul Tequila - to name just a few - will spoil you at a total of eight cooking stations.

Incidentally, the fact that everything is bathed in blue light at the JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs Gaumenzirkus emphasises the founding country of France - the restaurant association was launched in Paris in 1974.
