Eveline Wild is chef of restaurant Der Wilde Eder. Together with her husband, Stefan Eder, she opened hotel restaurant Der Wilder Eder in 2013. Eveline is an amazing chocolatière, patissière, world champion confectioner, and TV chef. You might have seen her on baking shows like Germany's Best Baker. In 2018, chef Eveline was named “Patissière of the Year 2018” by Gault Millau. As the author of three books, Eveline is recognized as one of the best pastry chefs in Austria and abroad.
