Ulli Hollerer-Reichl

A multi-award-winning chef with a passion for Alpine cuisine

Ulli Hollerer-Reichl is chef at restaurant Zum Blumentritt. After finishing her education at the Tourism School in St. Pölte, she did a cooking apprenticeship at Landhaus Bacher. Next, she travelled the world to join the kitchens of several top restaurants, including ones in Kitzbühel and Florida. In 1997 she took over the family business in St. Aegyd am Neuwalde, together with her sister, sommelier Christa Hollerer. At restaurant Zum Blumentritt, Ulli conjures up exquisite Alpine cuisine and has received many awards for her delicious food.

Hotel restaurant Zum Blumentritt lies on a historical pilgrimage route that leads to the monumental basilica in Mariazell. But it’s also a culinary pilgrimage destination, for foodies and gourmets.
