Chef Titta Manzini builds his menu around what is best right now, with a steady focus on vegetables and fish alongside meat and fresh pasta. He likes recognisable flavours, including Bergamasque polenta, and he is happy to play with the same tradition in a more unexpected way, even with his own take on “Bergamasque sushi”. The menu is broad, but the direction stays clear: seasonal ingredients, precise cooking, and dishes that feel lighter than the classic versions, while still carrying the character of the area.
Private dining and group tables
RistoFante works well for different kinds of occasions. Inside, there are two main dining rooms plus a private room that suits smaller groups who want a more personal setting. In warmer months, the garden becomes part of the experience and makes longer lunches or relaxed dinners easy. The kitchen’s wide menu also helps for mixed tables, where guests want to choose freely rather than follow a fixed route.

Alzano Lombardo sits in the Seriana Valley, just outside Bergamo, where town life meets the first rise of the pre-Alps. It’s an area known for a strong food culture and easy access to green landscapes, with routes that lead quickly into the hills. RistoFante fits the setting well: close enough for an evening out from Bergamo, while still feeling connected to the valley and its seasons.

Silvia Valoti runs the dining room and the wine list with the same care that shows in the kitchen. Service is attentive and well timed, with a calm, professional tone that suits both regular guests and first-time visitors. It’s a restaurant built on consistency, where the welcome matters as much as the plate, and where the team has been refining the details for decades.
