The cuisine at Rizibizi restaurant is based on many delicacies to excite the palate. The focus of the kitchen is on excellent Mediterranean cuisine which focuses on the sea and which has an atmosphere of Italian coastal towns. With various refreshing summer salads prepared with ingredients from farmers from the Seovlje valley, the aim is to delight diners with colorful shapes and textures. From the sea world, lobster salads and cuttlefish, accompanied by tomatoes and celery, make up the starting plates. Signature dishes include fine marinated sea bass with lime, ginger, mint and tuna carpaccio, and various lobster-based courses. Soup lovers are also at the right place in Rizibizi restaurant, where chef Tomaž creates a spectacular carrot cream soup with cottage cheese and orange and mint fragrance. Just as diverse as the food is the wine selection at Rizibizi restaurant. The list includes the finest high-quality bottles from wineries such as Korenika & Moškon, Brandulin, Robi & Dorjano Korenika, Movia, Bordon, Prinčič, Blažič, Kabaj, Ca 'del Bosco, and many others. You are invited to take a look inside the well-stocked wine cellar, where a collection of the most quality wines of recognized Slovenian and foreign winemakers is kept.

The modern restaurant can accommodate a total of 60 guests. During the summer the 2 terraces with a splendid view over the Bay of Piran offer the perfect setting for an outdoor meal. Portorož is a seaside resort town that attracts tourists from all over the world. Sights in the area include the historic Piran Town Walls, which give a great view of the Adriatic sea and the coastline of Piran and Trieste. And don’t forget the Museo del Mare, a palace museum from the 1800s housing a maritime museum with naval exhibitions, old photos & model ships.
