The Gala Dinner will be prepared by 5 JRE Chefs:

• Ana Ros*** from Hiša Franko Restaurant in Slovenia

• Enrico Bartolini*** from Mudec Restaurant in Italy

• Tobias Bätz** from Aura Restaurant in Germany

• Eveline Wild from Der Wilde Eder Restaurant in Austria

Special Guests

Jacques Marnier Lapostolle together with Nicole Seitz were the founders of JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs back in 1974. We will pay tribute to them and we are honoured to have Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle, daughter of Jacques Marnier Lapostolle, together with her husband, Cyril de Bournet and their son, Charles de Bournet as special guests!

Patrick Fulgraff, president of JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs for 1994 and 1995 will also be attending the Congress. Thanks to his leadership and ideas, the French association transformed into the international association we know today.
