Brought up on a farm near the sea in Ireland’s South West region, Michelin starred chef Kenneth Culhane was originally surrounded by traditional farming. He learned his craft with some of the world’s finest chefs, such as Guillaume Le Brun at Patrick Guilbaud based in Dublin, Maître Cuisinier de France. He also learned from Pascal Bouvier at Le Choiseul in the Loire region. Both are two-starred Michelin chefs. Kenneth also learned from chef Tetsuya Wakuda in Sydney, who has three Hats.
