"Quality means doing it right when no one is looking"
Managing Director Frank Brömmelhaus believes this saying says everything about the production of the finest Prunier caviar. The renowned manufacturer strives to set benchmarks for excellence in both its products and customer service. The traditional company Prunier was founded in 1872. In 2004, the company merged with the world's largest importer of Caspian caviar, Caviar House. Today, Caviar House Prunier is the only caviar retailer that produces its own caviar. Caviar House Prunier is dedicated to environmental responsibility and sustainability.
The fine art of making the best out of something good
Considered the world's finest smoked salmon by most salmon lovers, Balik Salmon originated in Imperial Russia. It is a time when the art of fine dining and the quality of the products are reaching unprecedented heights among the Russian aristocracy.
You don't have to travel far to find the finest caviar. The Prunier aquaculture and caviar production facility is located about an hour from Bordeaux, southwest France. Nestled in the lush landscape of the Dordogne and idyllically situated on the Isle, Montpon-Ménestérol, a town in the Gironde department in the Aquitaine region, is home to around 150.000 sturgeon. They live in a wooded area outside of town in large pools that are connected to the River Isle via an open water circuit.
