Chef-owner Daniel Lehmann completed his cooking and hospitality apprenticeship and gained valuable experience in various businesses, both in Switzerland and abroad. Chef Daniel joined his parents at the Hotel Moosegg in 2007. As a member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs, he represents Switzerland already for many years, amongst other members. In 2011, Daniel's dream came true: he took over the Hotel Moosegg and, together with the rest of the team, has been running it successfully ever since.
