Joeffrey Fraiche

Joeffrey Fraiche is the talented chef at the helm of the Ô33 restaurant alongside his partner, Helena Collaud after taking over the restaurant in 2018. After more than ten years of training in some well-known restaurants in the Lake Geneva region and in the capital of Fribourg, this young 35-year-old chef, who grew up in Alsace, set up his own business in the heart of La Broye, his partner's home region. Joeffrey invites his guests on a journey of flavours and textures of the local region and shares the experience of creative, visual and intuitive cuisine that is created using local ingredients and the know-how of local artisans.
