His wine list, featuring 200 thoughtfully selected labels and 80 wines by the glass, celebrates organic winemakers within a 100-kilometre radius. Known for his focus on orange wines and rare vintages, Jurij’s pairings perfectly complement Chef Jakob Pintar’s inventive dishes, creating a dining experience where food and wine are harmoniously aligned.

Wine should tell a story of its place and maker. For me, it’s about connecting guests with the land and the people behind every bottle.
