A certified Level 3 sommelier and recipient of the 2021 Gault & Millau Best Sommelier award, he champions local Dolenjska winemakers and curates an exceptional wine list. Grega’s leadership combines respect for family tradition with a forward-thinking approach, evident in accolades like the Green Michelin Star and his innovative podcast, "Sladko-kisli svet."
