A warm welcome to our place. For me, our house is a place where we preserve the treasures of our region—while remaining open to what’s new. Regionality, seasonality, and honesty are not buzzwords to me, but the foundation of our daily work. We cook and work with people we know personally: producers from the surrounding area who approach their craft with the same passion we do. From this closeness come dishes that don’t just taste good, but tell our story—of our roots, our landscape, and the rhythm of nature. I hope that our guests find moments of slowing down here. At the same time, we want to inspire—with a family-like, heartfelt atmosphere and a subtle, modern touch. For us, tradition and avant-garde ideas are not opposites. Both can have their place here.
