Silvia Hueber

Silvia Hueber has a love of gastronomy in her blood. After completing her training at the Hotel Management School in Weyer, she was drawn to Zell am See and Crete for a season before finally honing her skills at the Hotel Schachner in Maria Taferl for over four years - starting as Commis de Cuisine and working her way up to Chef Gardemanger/Patissier. It was there that she met Stefan, with whom she found a common path not only professionally but also personally. Since November 2014, Silvia and Stefan have been running the family business HUEBER DER WIRT IN BRÜNDL with heart and passion - now in its fifth generation. Here, guests experience genuine Mostviertel hospitality and are spoiled with homemade, non-alcoholic drinks: from fine teas and fruit extracts to kombucha in all variations. And of course there is a lovingly compiled wine list - with wines that make the heart of the house beat faster.
