Jeroen van der Steen

Cooking has always been chef Jeroen van der Steen's passion, ever since he was a young boy. His interest grew through his part-time job as a kitchen assistant during his high school years. After enrolling in culinary school, he completed his studies very fast. After this, chef Jeroen developed a preference for fine-dining and patisserie. Having gained experience at a couple of restaurants in the Netherlands, he moved to Bonaire in an attempt to broaden his horizons. Here, he met his partner Tiffany Lorist. A few years later, Tiffany took over At Sea, where she started working as a hostess. Then in 2018, Tiffany and Jeroen decided to join forces and continue restaurant At Sea together.
