While Mark, as chef, focuses entirely on the kitchen, Marjolein is the driving force in the restaurant. She safeguards the atmosphere, the experience, and the finesse that make an evening unforgettable. Her talent did not go unnoticed: in 2020, Marjolein was named Hostess of the Year by JRE Netherlands, a recognition that underlines her role and dedication.
